The returns of the product is possible only due to non-compliance with the description or if there are sings for damage. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs. These terms apply specifically to non-sale items, all sale items are final sale.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
When *returning goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
